1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Production/Handling Window: Because our multi-layout journals are made to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for order verification, printing, and packaging before dispatch.
Transit Delivery: Standard transit takes an additional 4 to 6 business days within the United States.
2. Address Modification & Interception Policy
Finality of Address: To protect against transit fraud, the shipping address entered at checkout is final.
No Rerouting: Once an order enters our automated fulfillment system, we cannot change the delivery address. We do not accommodate carrier rerouting requests or courier interceptions.
Inaccurate Details: If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer assumes full financial responsibility. A replacement will require a new order at checkout.
3. Delivery Verification & Delivery Disputes
Official Tracking Protocol: All shipments include end-to-end tracking data. Delivery status is determined solely by the carrier’s electronic timestamp (GPS and scan confirmation).
"Item Not Received" Claims: If tracking shows a package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, we advise checking with household members, neighbors, and your local postal branch.
Fraud Prevention: LVYANISE cannot issue refunds or replacements for items officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In instances of suspected mail theft, the buyer must file a formal mail-theft report with local law enforcement or the Postal Inspection Service to initiate an investigation.
4. Forwarding Addresses & P.O. Boxes
Freight Forwarding: We reserve the right to cancel orders using known third-party commercial freight-forwarding addresses without liability.
Lost Forwarded Items: Lvy Anise is entirely absolved of responsibility for any damages, missing items, or delivery issues that occur after a package arrives at a buyer's designated P.O. Box or freight forwarding facility.
