At Lvy Anise Studio, we take pride in the unique design and craftsmanship of our multi-layout journals. Please read our guidelines carefully regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Return Window
15-Day Limit: You have exactly 15 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date to request a return or report an issue with your order. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accommodated.
2. Condition for Return (Buyer's Remorse)
Unused & Unmarked: To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, your journal must be in the exact condition you received it. It must be completely unused, unwritten in, and free of any bends, scratches, or marks on the cover or pages.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Mandatory Photo Proof: If your journal arrives misprinted, bent, or damaged during transit, you must notify us within the 15-day window. You are strictly required to submit a form with clear photographic evidence of the damage or printing defect to our support team.
Verification & Resolution: We will review the visual proof within 2 business days. If approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement journal directly to your original shipping address entirely at our expense.
No Return Needed for Defective Goods: Once photographic proof of a defect is approved, you do not need to ship the physical item back to us.
4. Absolute Final Sales
Digital & Custom Items: All sales of downloadable digital printables, customized orders, or journals purchased during clearance or flash sales are final.
Used Items: Any journal that shows signs of writing, page tearing, or opening damage will be disqualified from receiving a refund or replacement.
